You request a quote via the contact form. Together we determine the number of organizations, AI systems and the right package, set up your self-hosted instance, and support you through onboarding – typically ready to go within a few days.
A license is acquired per tenant (one self-hosted Guardlane instance) and grants the right to map a certain number of organizations within it: PRAXIS, START and ORGANIZATION allow 1 organization, GROUP up to 10, ENTERPRISE an unlimited number. It runs in your own infrastructure – your data never leaves your control.
EK (Partner-Einkaufspreis) is the price a partner pays Guardlane to purchase the license. VK (recommended retail price) is Guardlane's non-binding price recommendation to the end customer – partners set their own actual resale price.
Yes, at any time. You can move from PRAXIS to START, ORGANIZATION, GROUP or ENTERPRISE, or add further organizations on GROUP. Just get in touch – the switch happens without any data loss.

Billing is monthly by invoice. No credit card, no self-checkout – billing details are clarified individually in your quote.
